Big factory scale and 30 million monthly output
We operate a big factory covering 50,000 square meters and housing 2,000 workers. It's divided into four blocks, each with six floors. Equipped with 12 production lines, we output 3 million products every month. In addition, we set up dust-free production lines for automated oil spray silkscreen printing and electronic assembly.
Six new models released every month
We have a strong 10-member R&D team with a decade of experience. They use COB and CFQC machines, releasing six new models every month. It takes us about 45 days from order to example products, including new mold making.
We have 70 QC technicians, four of whom are assigned to each production line for inspection. All our products are approved by CE and FCC, and compliant with the RoHS Directive.
